The client had purchased a site with planning consent for a 3 bedroom cottage but wanted to live in something with a little more flair and individuality. Working very closely with the Client and Contractor, Prime Property Ventures, through the design stage and site phase, GLM have created a spacious, bright, airy and contemporary home that is a delight to live in.

The running costs for the property are minimal, thanks to air source heat pumps, solar panels, over insulated fabric and low energy lighting.
