GLM is committed to supporting the inspiring work of The Polar Academy. This charity transforms the lives of 13–18-year-olds, improving mental health, confidence and self-esteem through the power of exploration.
The Polar Academy empowers these young people through an intensive training programme which culminates in an Arctic expedition, upon which they build their own confidence, resilience and self-belief that transforms their future and that of their communities.
