Dunellan House
This early 20th century house in a lovely position in Perthshire was bought after we had carried out a preacquisition building condition survey. We were then asked to undertake two phases of work. The first phase brought the interior of the house up to scratch with upgraded bathrooms, kitchen plus overhauled and draught stripped windows.
The heating system was replaced with airsource heatpumps to deliver the base heating load very economically and LPG boilers to raise the temperature and provide large quantities of hotwater when required. The second phase of works included repairs to corroded reinforced concrete window surrounds, cavity insulation and a smart new Burlington slate roof.
