Salut Wine Bar

Location: Manchester

GLM have once again teamed up with Manchester based interior design firm NoChintz to convert a former Oddbins retail unit into a stylish contemporary wine bar and retailer. This unique venue provides Manchester’s customers with 42 different world wines by the glass and over 200 bottles to purchase.

NoChintz brought GLM on board to guide the project through the statutory consent stage which included the additional hurdles of signage and licensing. The main focus of our attention was the insertion of a mezzanine floor level which has now doubled the possible number of covers for the new business. With our expertise in the adaptation and re-use of existing redundant buildings, GLM supported a fledgling business realise their first milestone of being open for business.
