We aim to have a positive, inspiring impact on people’s lives through enhancing the built & natural environment.

We value difference, originality, free thinking and creativity, aspiring to be inclusive in our employment selection and practices. As a team we are innovative, pioneering and embrace our difference with enthusiasm and optimism.

That’s why we lead. We speak up, and are happy to challenge, debate and disagree.

Life at GLM

We pride ourselves on being a sociable, relaxed and inclusive group who are welcoming by nature.

We are a diverse group of professionals, with some at the very start of their career and others who are seasoned professionals. We value time spent together, both in and out of the office, and regularly organise team events such as weekday lunches or after work drinks.

Team wellbeing is a priority at GLM and we strive to ensure all of our team maintain a healthy, balanced life. We support this through wellbeing initiatives including fresh fruit in our office, and flexible working practices. We know that when our team can manage their life inside and outside of work, they can perform at their best.

Training and Development

We value our team and invest in them through ongoing mentorship, training and professional development. This has been a core ethos of the business since its inception almost 30 years ago.

Each of our team work alongside a mentor, guiding them through their professional development. We also offer weekly CPD sessions, business coaching and support through professional qualifications. Training and development support is individualised to each of our team which allows them to be highly trained, diligent and capable professionals.
