We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and engaging Project Architect to join our Edinburgh based team taking on a wide range of exciting and challenging projects the length and breadth of Scotland.
You should be 5-7 years Part 3 qualified and with a broad experience across all RIBA Stages. You will demonstrate a good technical understanding of how buildings go together with an interest in existing buildings particularly in the commercial, tourism & leisure sectors. Experience using ArchiCAD is desirable.
As a key member of our dynamic team the following 3 fundamental skill sets are essential:
Take ownership and be able to lead project teams.
Be client facing with a focus on excellent customer service.
Have a high commercial awareness on project profitability
