GLM pioneered the application of modern project management techniques to smaller scale projects.  One of our first and, indeed, one of the public sector’s first dedicated “project manager” projects in Scotland was Phase II of the upgrading of the visitor facilities at Edinburgh Castle in the early 1990s.
