GLM: Finalists in 2014 Scottish Design Awards

We are pleased to announce that GLM is a finalist in the 2014 Scottish Design Awards in the Regeneration category for our work on the Inn at John O’Groats. The Scottish Design Awards are organised by The Drum and Urban Realm and recognise talent in Scotland within the design and architecture industries. This year, the judges were looking for an innovative piece of work that displayed a new approach to design. The Inn at John O’Groats is certainly a building that stands out from the crowd.

This has been a spectacular year for architectural design in Scotland and we are honoured to be short listed among other fantastic work. The John O’Groats regeneration was truly a labour of love and after all the hard work, it is very rewarding to see our team recognised on a national and international scale. The results will be revealed at the SDA awards ceremony on 5 June in Glasgow. For a full list of short listed projects, please click here.
