GLM boards the Royal Yacht for Thrive’s Summer Cocktail Party 2016

Team GLM enjoyed a relaxed evening of networking on board Royal Yacht Britannia with an opportunity to explore the yacht and learn more about its history.

The Royal Yacht Britannia is one of Scotland’s leading tourist attractions alongside opening its doors in the evening for private functions since its decommissioning. The Royal Yacht provides an apt atmosphere for networking particularly given its place in so many fundamental business deals over the years.

Exploring the Royal Yacht provided the team with an opportunity to reflect on changing tastes of interior design alongside the impressive “at home” feeling you get while being on board.

A big thank you to Karen Todd from Thrive for organising such a fabulous event, Pickering’s Gin for sponsoring and a huge well done to all those who won raffle prizes. A great way to set sail for the rest of the summer.
