Craig Mattocks (BSc HONS MRICS) Appointed Director of GLM

We are delighted to announce that Craig Mattocks has agreed to become a director of Gibbon Lawson McKee Ltd.  Craig has been with GLM since August 2012 and in that time he has made quite a mark on the practice in his role as head of building surveying.

Craig joins David Johnson as a departmental head.  David heads up our architecture side and was appointed a director in 2006.  Both professionals are at the top of their game and David and Craig have established a strong working relationship that embodies the key strength of the practice, the integration of building surveying and architecture.

Not only has Craig brought greater focus to the commercial side of building surveying, consolidating and extending relationships with existing clients but he has also responded enthusiastically to the conservation work that he has been asked to manage.  In this he has amply demonstrated the adaptable skillset that an intelligent and experienced building surveyor, supported by a capable team, can bring to bear on a very diverse range of project types.
