A-Listed Castle & Chapel Short Listed for the 2014 EAA Awards

We are delighted to announce that GLM has been short listed in the 2014 Edinburgh Architectural Association Awards in the Regeneration/Conservation category for our work on the A-Listed Castle & Chapel in Fife. All shortlisted projects in the EAA Awards were designed by registered architects and built within the chapter area. This particular award category showcases the practices that have integrated the old and the new by sensitively and effectively restoring, converting, regenerating, extending or refurbishing a building in need.

The A-Listed Castle & Chapel is the essence of conservation as it brought back to life two prominent buildings that had been on the Buildings at Risk Register. After painstakingly breathing new life into this remarkable property, it is an honour to have our efforts recognized in the local architectural community.
