13 Atholl Crescent: Home Again

13 Atholl Crescent exemplifies the GLM seamless approach: from due diligence to project design and management.

Work to convert this grand city centre townhouse turned office back into a splendid family home started just before Christmas. Formely occupied by Brodies Solicitors, it is destined to be the home to a young family.  It will also provide comfortable space for visiting family and friends.

The work involves the reinstatement of historic features as well as the removal of some subsequent additions.  GLM have teamed up with long-time collaborators Cornhill Building Services, Murray and Murray Kitchens and McColl Associates consulting engineers.  By making use of long established relationships we were able to move extremely quickly from purchase in September 2013 to an anticipated completion in April 2014.
