A dedicated in-house team will procure, engage and manage the various trades to bring a design idea to life. This approach has all the time, cost and quality benefits of Design & Build without locking a client out of the design process.
While the traditional approach by which the client separately appoints each member of the project team may work well in some cases, it does not suit all projects. We recognise that some cases lend themselves well to a turnkey approach whereby the design and price are agreed and the project is then delivered to agreed parameters.
