As an innovative Mexican street-food start-up, Changos, like many new restaurants, really needed to get maximum yield from every pound invested in the project. Unhelpfully the unit Changos was to be set up in was a hundred-year-old landmark listed building in the centre
of Manchester complete with dysfunctional utilities and irritable neighbours. Dealing with challenges completely alien to contractors used to fitting out multi-let commercial unit shells meant the road to an operating and successful eatery could have been impassible.
