GLM are proud to announce that Leigh Brown, our office administrator, has today passed her level 3 SVQ in Business Administration. Through completing her SVQ Leigh has gained invaluable skills which she brings to her role at GLM.
GLM are pleased to announce that The Courtyard Project at the Abernethy Trust centre in Nethybridge has today received planning consent for an extension to the existing accommodation. The extension will see a new 44 bed accommodation block designed by the GLM Architecture and Interior Design team being constructed on the site.
Team GLM spent the afternoon exploring the Nunraw Tower site, which is well into Phase II of a major refurbishment.

Twenty years ago, David Gibbon and his young mentees turned trusted colleagues, Ian McKee and Doug Lawson, joined forces and toasted to a bright future as GLM, Edinburgh’s newest and brightest building surveying consultancy. 2016 marks the 20th anniversary of GLM as we all know it today, but the reality is that GLM is the product of a long standing practice that has been operating for the past 30 years.
